Payment and delivery
Placing an order
- Select the products you need in the catalog.
- Add the products to your cart.
- If you have a promo code, apply it.
- Choose a payment method (bank transfer to our account, card online, on delivery).
- Choose a delivery method (Nova Poshta, pickup).
- You will receive your order number by email.
- A manager will process your order and contact you.

Payment method

A manager will send you a payment invoice.
On the website
Via LiqPay, Google Pay.
On delivery at Nova Poshta
Cash or card.
On pickup
By card (POS terminal).
Please note: delivery is charged at Nova Poshta rates.
The delivery cost is calculated by the carrier and depends on the weight and dimensions of the parcel and the destination. An additional fee may be charged for collecting the order from the warehouse and handing it over to the carrier.
Shipments are made at temperatures from +5 °C to +35 °C; for other conditions, please confirm details with your manager.
If the carrier delivers the goods and you find damage (crushed packaging, broken seal, spilled paint, etc.), file a claim report with the carrier at the time of delivery and send a copy to your manager (contact your manager).
