Public Offer (User Agreement)

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — Agreement) in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine, the Commercial Code of Ukraine, and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" is a public contract (offer) and is addressed to an indefinite circle of persons regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur) who wish to purchase goods in the Polifarb online store (hereinafter — Online Store), located at https://polifarb.ua.

2.1. Registration and provision of necessary data are recommended for placing orders.

2.2. The Buyer is obliged to provide accurate information.

2.3. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the login and password secure, as well as for all actions performed using them.

3.1. Goods are presented with photo samples owned by the Online Store.

3.2. The appearance of the Goods may differ from photos but complies with the characteristics.

3.3. Each Goods item is accompanied by a description and price.

3.4. Upon request, the manager will provide additional information.

3.5. The price of the Goods may change before the order is placed.

3.6. Prices are valid only for orders in the Online Store and are fixed at the time of placement.

4.1. The Buyer can order available Goods on the site.

4.2. After placement, confirmation is sent to the email, followed by contact from the manager for clarification.

4.3. In case of unavailability, the Seller informs the Buyer; the order may be partially fulfilled or canceled.

4.4. Orders are canceled in case of technical errors or unavailability of Goods.

5.1. Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by delivery services (including Nova Poshta) or pickup.

5.2. Delivery costs are indicated during placement.

5.3. Delivery terms are agreed with the Buyer.

5.4. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt.

5.5. Acceptance is confirmed by payment or signing documents without remarks.

5.6. In case of claims, the Buyer sends them to the Seller with a description of defects.

6.1. Payment methods are specified in the "Payment and Delivery" section.

6.2. Payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnia.

7.1. The Buyer agrees not to violate Ukrainian legislation, particularly in the field of intellectual property.

7.2. Use of site materials without consent is prohibited.

7.3. Quoting is possible only with a link and prior agreement.

7.4. Comments must not violate legislation or moral standards.

8.1. Disputes are resolved in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.

8.2. The Seller has the right to change the assortment and sales conditions.

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data (full name, contact details, etc.) for the purpose of contract execution, accounting, statistics, and other purposes not contradicting the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
