Payment and delivery

Placing an order

  1. 01 Choose the products you need in the catalogue.
  2. 02 Add them to the basket.
  3. 03 If you have a promo code, enter it.
  4. 04 Choose a payment method (bank transfer to the account, card online, or on receipt).
  5. 05 Choose a delivery method (Nova Poshta or collection).
  6. 06 You will receive the order number by email.
  7. 07 A manager processes the order and contacts you.

Bank transfer

A manager will send you an invoice.

On the website

Through LiqPay or Google Pay.

On receipt at Nova Poshta

Please note: delivery is charged at Nova Poshta tariffs.

The carrier calculates the delivery cost from the weight, the dimensions of the parcel and the destination. A separate charge may apply for collecting the order from the warehouse and handing it to the carrier.

Goods are dispatched at temperatures between +5 °C and +35 °C; for any other conditions, check with your manager.

If the carrier delivers the goods and you find damage (crushed packaging, a broken seal, spilled paint and so on), raise a claim report with the carrier at the moment of receipt and send a copy to your manager (contact a manager).
