GENERAL RULES FOR RETURNING GOODS (PRODUCTS, PAINT AND VARNISH MATERIALS)

Return of paint and varnish materials in Ukraine, of proper quality, is limited.

Paint and varnish materials are often classified as household chemicals that are not subject to exchange/return under Resolution No. 172.

A product of proper quality can be returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase (in accordance with Article 9 of the Law "On Consumer Protection").

Return is possible within 14 days if the following conditions are met:

  • The packaging is not opened,
  • Seals are not broken,
  • The product has not been used,
  • Merchantable condition is preserved.

Main rules for returning paint and varnish materials:

Return is possible only if the factory packaging remains sealed,

There are no signs of use,

A receipt is available,

The product has not been tinted (independently, to order, etc.).

Tinted paints

Paints tinted (color-matched) to any color or shade are not subject to return, as they have individual (modified) characteristics.

Defective products

Defective products (dried out, broken seal, expired shelf life) are subject to return or exchange.

Product return procedure:

  • Contact the manager to receive further instructions,
  • Fill out the return application attached to the order (it can be filled out by clicking here),
  • Send the product following the manager's instructions or the description on the website.
  • If needed or at the manager's request, add photos and videos.

Before sending and returning the product, follow storage rules.

Store the product in a dry, well-ventilated room.

Follow the product storage temperatures indicated on the packaging (label).

Protect the product from direct sunlight and sudden temperature changes.

Product return and refund

Product return is carried out by the Nova Poshta carrier company. Delivery is paid by the sender.

Important!

If payment for the product was made by bank card, the refund will be credited to the card.

The period for receiving funds is in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
