High-quality one-component acrylic construction adhesive (TM Lacrysil) — specially designed for tiles, mosaic, and stone! Ready to use, solvent-free, with ultra-high "bonds everything to everything" adhesion, zero vertical sagging, vibration resistance, and elasticity. Withstands loads up to 2200 kg/m², suitable for interior and exterior work.

Applications:
Bonding ceramic tiles, mosaic, natural/artificial stone, granite, marble to walls and floors (interior and exterior work); cladding swimming pools, kitchens, bathrooms, facades, terraces; installation on concrete, brick, plaster, drywall, old tiles. Suitable for wet areas and high-traffic zones.
Application method: Clean the surface from dust/grease/old material, stir the adhesive, apply with a notched trowel (tooth size depends on tile format: A2–B1 for small, A5–B3 for large), place the material, press down/roll. Open time — 10–20 min (for adjustment). Full curing — 24–48 hours (do not walk on/load immediately). Work at +8…+35 °C.

Lacrysil / Polifarb Adhesive for Tiles, Mosaic, and Stone
Ready-to-use acrylic construction adhesive (water-based dispersion, beige/light grey). Elastic, vibration-resistant, eco-friendly.
Intended Use
Facing with:
Ceramic, earthenware, glass tiles (small and medium format);
Mosaic of all types (glass, stone, ceramic);
Natural and artificial stone, porcelain stoneware (thin layers);
Spot bonding of insulation materials (expanded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, mineral wool, glass wool, hardboard, sound-absorbing panels to ceilings/walls).
Onto absorbent substrates: concrete, cement screed, plaster, drywall, wood, chipboard (in dry and humid areas, with underfloor heating).
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry, solid, free of dust, grease, oil, peeling old adhesive/paint, and mold.
Remove or reinforce weak or powdery surfaces with a primer.
Prime porous/highly absorbent substrates (or natural stone) with Lacrysil primer concentrate (1:10 with water).
Application temperature: from +8 °C to +35 °C (optimal +15…+25 °C), humidity <65–70%.
Application
Remove the seal, open the bucket, and mix until homogeneous.
Apply evenly to the substrate (wall/floor, not to the tile!) using a notched trowel (notch 3–6 mm or according to tile format).
Layer thickness: 1–6 mm (depending on unevenness and material format).
Allow open time: 5–15 minutes (until tacky).
Bonding
Apply the tile/mosaic/stone immediately after adhesive application.
Press firmly and level (adjustment possible within 15 minutes).
For vertical surfaces — use tile spacers for even joints.
Roll with a roller or press to remove air and excess adhesive.
Avoid loading (grouting joints, walking) for 24 hours.
Drying Time (at +20 °C, humidity 50–60%)
Initial grab — 15–30 minutes
Grouting / light load possible — after 24 hours
Full drying and maximum strength/water resistance — 24–48 hours (up to 72 hours for thick layers).
Coverage
300–600 g/m² (depends on the trowel, substrate absorbency, and tile format; for mosaic/small format — closer to 400–500 g/m²). An 8 kg bucket covers ≈ 13–25 m².
Tool Cleaning
Fresh adhesive — warm water with soap.
Dried adhesive — mechanically (scraper) or with solvents for acrylic materials.
Important Warnings
Not for constantly wet surfaces, underwater, or exterior work without protection.
Not for PE, PP, Teflon, silicone.
Not for aquariums or food contact surfaces.
Avoid contact with skin/eyes — rinse with water.
Store at +5…+30 °C, do not freeze.
Joint service temperature: -40…+90 °C (or up to +100 °C).
Shelf life — 18 months.
