Responsibilities:

• Regional development according to company strategy.
• Expanding distribution of Polifarb / Lacrysil brands.
• Building and managing the sales team.
• Direct work with key clients and retail stores.
• Coordination with distributors.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Supervisor or Territory Manager.
• Experience with building materials is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills.
• Own a personal car.
• Confident PC user.
• Higher education.
