Applications:
Bonding linoleum, carpet, vinyl floorings, PVC tiles, rubber coverings, marmoleum, cork flooring, etc., onto concrete, cement screeds, chipboard, OSB, plywood, old tiles. Suitable for interior work in residential and commercial premises (rooms, hallways, offices, shops), including areas with underfloor heating.
Application method: Clean the surface from dust/grease/old coating, stir the adhesive, apply evenly with a notched trowel (tooth size depends on the flooring: A2–B1 for thin, A5–B3 for thick), lay the flooring, smooth with a roller or press down. Open time — 10–20 min (for adjustment). Full curing — 24–48 hours (do not walk on the flooring immediately).

Lacrysil / Polifarb ULTRA LIP Flooring Adhesive
Acrylic adhesive for floor coverings (ready-to-use, beige). Water-resistant, elastic, with permanent tack.
Intended Use
Bonding of:
Linoleum (household, commercial, backing-free, foam/pile backed);
Carpet, carpet flooring;
Cork coverings (including those with jute/latex backing);
Parquet, laminate (for glue-down installation);
Homogeneous/quartz-vinyl PVC tiles, semi-flexible vinyl, vinyl on natural/synthetic backing;
Other elastic coverings (rubber, foam materials, polyurethane foam).
Onto absorbent substrates: concrete, cement screed, wooden floor, chipboard, plywood, OSB (in dry and normal humidity rooms, with underfloor heating systems).
Surface Preparation
The substrate must be clean, dry, solid, free of dust, grease, oil, peeling old paint/adhesive, and moisture.
Level and remove unevenness >2–3 mm.
Prime highly absorbent or porous surfaces with an acrylic primer.
Substrate and room temperature: from +10 °C to +30 °C (optimal +18…+25 °C), humidity <65–70%.
Application
Stir the adhesive before use.
Apply evenly to the floor substrate (not to the covering!) using a notched trowel (notch 2–4 mm or A2/B1 depending on the covering).
Allow open time: 10–15 minutes (until tacky, do not let a film form).
Coverage: 250–550 g/m² (depends on absorbency, trowel, and type of covering; for linoleum — 300–400 g/m²).
Bonding
Lay the covering immediately after the open time, press and smooth with a roller or pressing tool from the center to the edges (to expel air).
For large areas — use a rolling floor roller.
Adjustment possible within 10–20 minutes.
Avoid loading (walking, furniture) for 24 hours; full drying — 48 hours.
Drying Time (at +20 °C, humidity 50–60%)
Initial grab — 10–30 minutes (after laying)
Walking possible — after 24 hours
Full drying and water resistance — 24–48 hours
Maximum strength — after 72 hours.
Tool Cleaning
Fresh adhesive — warm water with soap.
Dried adhesive — mechanically (scraper, solvent for acrylic materials).
Important Warnings
Do not use on constantly wet surfaces, underwater, or for exterior work.
Not for PE, PP, Teflon, or some silicone-based materials.
Not for aquariums or food contact surfaces.
Avoid contact with skin/eyes — rinse with water.
Store at temperatures between +5 °C and +30 °C, do not freeze.
Joint service temperature: -40…+100 °C (suitable for underfloor heating).
Shelf life — 18 months.
