MULTI-GREEN is a ready-to-use one-component acrylic adhesive for artificial grass, grass-type carpet and other synthetic coverings on woven and non-woven backings.
A narrow job, done properly
Artificial turf is awkward to bond: a dense non-porous backing, outdoor exposure and constant foot traffic. General-purpose adhesives either fail to grip the backing or go brittle within a season.
No slip on slopes
Thixotropic, so it works on banks, verges and vertical planting features without weighting the roll down.
A flexible joint
Outdoor coverings move daily with temperature and flex underfoot; a rigid joint lifts at the edges, a flexible one moves with it.
Substrates
Concrete, cement screed, brick and stone; boarded floors, plywood, hardboard, OSB and chipboard; other absorbent bases. Garden lawns, sports and play areas, terraces and interior features.
Conditions
Apply at +10 to +35 °C, service -40 to +80 °C, full cure 24–48 hours. Green, so seams stay invisible. 1.5, 3, 6 and 15 kg, 18-month shelf life, water clean-up.
How much you need
0.7–0.8 kg/m² spread solid: more than a vinyl adhesive, because the woven backing absorbs it.
- 1.5 kg covers about 2 m²;
- 3 kg covers about 4 m²: a balcony or small terrace;
- 6 kg covers about 8 m²;
- 15 kg covers about 20 m²: a play area or garden lawn.
Bonding only the perimeter and seams in 20–30 cm bands cuts consumption two or three times and keeps the covering liftable.
Application
Preparation
- clean and dust off the base; the screed must be dry and crack-free;
- lay the turf out and let it relax out of the roll;
- trim the sheets to fit before spreading adhesive.
Application
- stir and spread with a notched trowel, B3–B11 depending on pile and roughness;
- for a liftable covering, band 20–30 cm at the perimeter and seams;
- work in areas you can cover in time.
Laying
- roll with a heavy roller or press with a board;
- press seams separately: they open first;
- 10–20 minutes of open time to adjust.
Afterwards
- keep off for 24–48 hours;
- wash tools and splashes with water;
- store above freezing, 18 months.
