Advantages:
Quick and strong fixation without nails/dowels
Low secondary expansion — precise application without material deformation
High adhesion and joint stability
All-season — works at sub-zero temperatures
High thermal insulation properties, economical coverage
Applications:
Quick bonding and fixing of: thermal insulation boards (expanded polystyrene, Styrofoam, mineral wool), panels, OSB, drywall, skirting boards, window sills, moldings; installation of wall blocks, insulation of facades/roofs/walls; filling joints with fixation; thermal and sound insulation. Suitable for professional interior and exterior work.
Packaging: 800 ml (can for foam gun)
Application method: Shake the can 20–30 times, moisten the surface with water, turn the can upside down, apply in strips/a zigzag pattern to the material or substrate (fill 30–50%), press together (fixation 60 sec – a few minutes), do not load immediately. Trim excess after 3–5 min. Full curing — 12–24 hours. Wear gloves, ventilate the area.

Lacrysil Professional Adhesive Foam (for gun application, all-season) is designed for quick, strong, and precise fixation of materials without additional mechanical fasteners. Thanks to its high initial adhesion, low secondary expansion (15–30%), and stability, it is ideal for the professional installation of insulation, panels, structures, and large areas.
Recommended Applications:
Bonding thermal insulation boards (expanded polystyrene, extruded polystyrene, Styrofoam, mineral wool) to facades, walls, floors, roofs, plinths
Fixing OSB boards, chipboard, plywood, drywall, gypsum fiber boards to walls, ceilings, frames, partitions
Installation of sandwich panels, facade cassettes, decorative panels, ventilated facades
Fixing window sills, thresholds, stair flights, skirting boards, large-format moldings
Bonding drywall sheets, MDF panels, laminated boards, acoustic panels
Installation of lightweight partitions, shelving units, shelves, temporary structures
Insulation of facades, roofs, floors, balconies, loggias, industrial premises
Work with underfloor heating (fixing materials before screed pouring)
Professional insulation and finishing in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities (interior and exterior work)
Fixing materials in "dry screed," "floating floor," and "floor insulation on joists" systems
Suitable for these surfaces:
Concrete, brick, aerated block, foam concrete
Cement and gypsum plasters, screeds
Wood, chipboard, OSB, plywood
Drywall, gypsum fiber board
Metal (aluminum, steel, galvanized)
PVC, plastic panels
Old tiles, porcelain stoneware, concrete blocks
Expanded polystyrene, Styrofoam, mineral wool (to each other and to the substrate)
Not Recommended For:
Filling large cavities or joints (use regular polyurethane foam instead)
Constant contact with water or in aggressive environments (not for waterproofing)
Very heavy structures without additional fixation (load over 100–150 kg per element — combine with mechanical fasteners)
Surfaces constantly submerged in water
Food contact surfaces or areas with direct food exposure
Areas with temperatures above +100 °C after curing
Important Recommendations Before Application:
Surfaces must be clean, dry or slightly damp, free of dust, grease, old foam
It is recommended to moisten the surface with water (for better curing and adhesion)
Shake the can 20–30 times
Turn the can upside down during application
Apply in strips, zigzags, or dots to the material or substrate (do not fill the joint completely — due to expansion)
Press the material for 60 seconds for fixation (adjustment possible within 3–5 minutes)
Do not load immediately — allow to cure for 12–24 hours
Wear gloves, goggles, and work in a ventilated area
Trim excess foam with a knife after 3–5 minutes (after skin formation)
Use a professional foam gun for precise dosage, output control, and material economy
Typical Usage Examples:
Bonding insulation (expanded polystyrene or mineral wool) to a facade before reinforcement and plastering
Fixing OSB boards or drywall to a wall/ceiling without additional dowels
Installing sandwich panels on facades or partitions
Fixing large-format window sills and thresholds
Insulating roofs or floors (fixing materials)
Quickly fixing temporary structures, formwork, scaffolding
Installing acoustic panels or decorative elements
After full curing (12–24 hours), the adhesive foam can be cut, sanded, plastered, or painted. It has good thermal and sound insulation properties and is non-conductive.
