UNIVERSAL MOUNTING GLUE LA CRYSTAL
The working surfaces must be dry, strong and even, free from dust, dirt, grease, old paint or other substances, loose particles. Porous bases should be thoroughly treated in advance with the working solution of TM Lacrysil Primer Concentrate 1:10 and dried. The glued material should be kept in an unfolded state until completely straightened. Stir the glue until it is homogeneous and evenly apply a sufficient amount of glue to the contact surface of the base and distribute it evenly. Connect the contact surfaces, press evenly and firmly and fix until the glue sets for approximately 10-15 minutes. If the surface of the base has a limited ability to absorb moisture, the adhesive layer should be kept outdoors for 10-15 minutes before connecting to the surface of the material. The initial setting time of the glue depends on the temperature and humidity of the environment and is about 15 minutes, during which the material on the surface of the base can be corrected.
The freshly applied layer of glue is milky white in color, becoming transparent when dry. Do not mix with other types of glues, do not dilute with water.

working surfaces must be strong, dry, cleaned of dust, dirt, old paint, grease stains, other contaminants and layers that are poorly bonded to the base. Porous materials and surfaces with signs of shedding should be pre-treated with a solution of Grunt-rontsentrat 1:10 TM Lacrysil and dried. Mix the glue thoroughly in a consumer container until homogeneous, apply a sufficient amount to the working surface with a notched trowel and keep open for 10-15 minutes. Firmly, evenly press the coating to the adhesive layer and carefully seal the seam. After 20-30 minutes, re-seal, remove excess glue with a cloth or sponge, and fix the edges of the glued materials until the final formation of the seam. Work should be carried out at a temperature of the base and the environment (+10…+35)0С and a relative humidity of no more than 60%. Optimal conditions for applying the glue are a temperature of (20±2)0С at an air humidity of 50%. The time for the final formation of the adhesive seam is 48-72 hours and depends on the state of the environment. During the formation, avoid contact of the joint with moisture. The exposure time of the coating before operation is 72 hours and under adverse conditions, between dense surfaces with limited ability to absorb moisture, it may increase.
